Shapewell provides all clients with an in depth look at their lifestyle and weight loss goals, or even just correcting eating habits for health reasons

Clients are losing weight quicker and more effectively as their training and eating habits have been treated seperately, which we find, works better. This has worked as a kind of 'fool proof' way and everyone is extremely pleased with the results

Shapewell will provide you with an initial consultation to find out your lifestyle movements and eating habits. From this we make up a Healthy Eating Plan if needed, especially designed to fit in with your lifestyle. We may need you to fill in weekly food diaries to keep the eating under control. We then talk about this diary once a week to make sure you reach your goal

You will be weighed each week to make sure things are moving in the right direction. A body fat test will also be done each week which will show body fat reduction

BASIC NUTRITIONAL TIPS

1 - Eat 5 fruit and vegetables every day

2 - Eat 5 well balanced meals a day (3 small meals with a small snack in between) if the body is starved for long periods of time, it will retain existing fat. The key is to eat little and often

3 - Eat more fish (omega fatty acids)

4 - Caffeine - coffee contributes aswell as fat to causing cellulite in the body due to the toxins within. Coffee has less caffeine than tea but tea is not full of toxins, it has anti-oxidants which help flush out the toxins in the body. Caffeine is a good pick-me-up short-term, but long-term can leave you feeling tired and lethargic. It can also dehydrate you. Also we all know that too much caffeine affects the blood preasure, so try to keep caffeine to a maximum 3 cups a day of tea/coffee

5 - Try to drink 1.5 - 2 litres of water a day, this is the recommended daily intake. This will have an immediate effect on the way you feel by hydrating you and will help the body free toxins

6 - Choose low fat versions for all meals and eat your main bulk of carbs during the day

A good nutritional diet, regular daily exercise and plenty of sleep is all you need to feel 'ALIVE'. Try to drink herbal teas as there are anti-oxidants within which detox the body and some are caffeine free
