Surf lessons
I put together fitness plans for those enthusiasts who want to learn how to surf, progressively building your strength and stamina in the water.
This includes working on swimming stamina and technique for better paddling, and improving your lung capacity in order to prolong your time in the water. In order to get you up on the board in that split second, I train you in core stability for good balance on the board along with speed, agility and quickness.
